The re-modelling included a re-located ground floor WC and utility and a combined kitchen, dining and rear seating area on the lower ground floor. Associated drainage, services and finishes were also undertaken.
New windows were installed across the entire house in conjunction with re-tiling and upgrading of insulation at loft level.
External and internal redecoration to the affected areas with new sanitary and appliance installations, finishes and fittings; alterations and additions to electrical, heating, water and plumbing installations.
Externally minor landscaping works were also completed.
