40 Brighton Road provides high quality, contemporary and flexible office space, extensive breakout areas, presentation suites, training rooms, café, restaurant and gym facility for over 700 staff on-site, with designated office space for key collaborative partners and clients. All of which allows scope for the continued successful delivery of a wide range of global projects to be delivered from the UK.
Designed by ESA, one of the UK’s leading architectural practices, 40 Brighton Road provides a dynamic and exciting workplace environment for staff and guests within a building that will fully contribute to ongoing town centre regeneration.
The building has a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and has been targeted with environmental measures including PV cells, green and living roofs, rain water harvesting and extensive lighting and energy reduction measures.
The design team included engineers Price + Myers, service engineers Hoare Lea and planning consultants Vail Williams.
Subsea 7 have been in occupation since January 2018.
