Grade II listed arms factory closed to public for 170 years, buildings on site included a church (the original font is displayed at the centre), a police station and a school. Now a mixed-use community and commercial centre. Clock c1783.

Access to Clock Tower involves climbing ladders. Visitors must wear appropriate footwear and be of reasonable fitness. The keeper reserves the right to refuse admission.

  • Tour of the clock tower with the Keeper every 15 mins (11am-4pm) max 2 per tour. Access via ladder and at keeper's discretion .
